When you come to your free initial consultation, all you need to bring are the following items:
- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Most recent pay information
- Lawsuits (if any) against you – (We want to shut them down for you!)
FAST FILE OPTION (Optional – the below is NOT required)
If you are pretty certain that you want to file either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy even before you come in, we have a FAST FILE option available. This means that you can come into our office for your free initial consultation and also sign your bankruptcy petition many times all in one day. Sometimes it can all happen in a matter of hours!
There is no additional cost for the basic FAST-FILE option. If you would like to participate in our Fast File Option, you will be required to prepare some things before you come in and bring them with you:

Fast File also requires a certain amount of the fees before we can file your case. Our office will accept a debit card at your appointment to get you filed FAST and EASY.
