Get a printout from your employer showing the gross of all deductions or copies of every paycheck stub. All income requires documentation such as wages, pension, social security, unemployment, and even gambling. (*If you have business or self-employment income, go month by month listing out your total business income and expenses for each month going at least 7 months back. **Also, remember income records must be provided for non-filing spouses.)

We also need statements from all your financial accounts, including retirement accounts. (A final printout to update each bank account will also be required after your bankruptcy case is filed to cover all 90 days.)
