- All payments must be made with debit cards only (or checking account). Only non-filers can pay with a credit card (for somebody else’s case).
- You can also set up an automatic payment plan by calling our office. Call us only on the day you are ready to make the first payment.
- Make sure your Fees and Documents appointment is already set to finish. Call now if this is not already scheduled.
- You CANNOT pay the Court Cost ($313 or $338) through the website here. Website payments are ONLY for attorney fees. The Court Cost must be paid at the end during your petition signing.
- This is NOT how you make a Chapter 13 plan payment. For that, click here or look to the instructions you have already received.
- Keep the receipt for your records.
